CV BOOTCAMP (The Company), will provide you (The Applicant) with a personalised programme to support your job search needs. Please do read the following:

Agreement:

Is between The Company & The Applicant we are coaching.

Payment of Fees:

Are payable on sign-up via online transfer, details for which will be provided

Refunds:

•               A cooling off period of 24 hours is offered after full payment is received. If you change your mind within 24 hours a full refund will be issued

•               After this time and once the programme has commenced, refunds will not be issued

Consultation Packages:

•               The Applicant is entitled to a free online chat or initial phone call to discuss their requirements prior to signing up for the appropriate package

•               Should the Applicant seek additional support to that originally selected, they will be required to upgrade to the appropriate package and payment must be received before the additional coaching starts

•               When a package has been fully delivered, should the Applicant require additional advice & coaching, each additional 60 minutes will be charged at £150, with a minimum 15 minute charging band.

Confidentiality:

Must be kept by both The Company and The Applicant at all times. Coaching details must not be shared with third parties at any time

Securing a Job:

The Company’s ambition is to support The Applicant, facilitating optimisation of their CV, interview preparation and job search. The Company however cannot guarantee the Applicant’s approach will always result in successfully securing a role

Third Party Involvement:

Unless a group package has been purchased, third parties should have no involvement. Each package is personalised for the Applicant and designed to be for their benefit only

Behaviour:

We ask The Applicant to behave appropriately at all times and will not accept unlawful behaviour, hate speech or bullying. It is expected that the Applicant will demonstrate commitment to their job search journey by being timely and considered in their responses to the Company. The Company will steer and guide the Applicant to be the best candidate they can be but ultimately their job search is their responsibility
